Kris Kringle adventures

Its that time of the year again where people are searching through shops for a $5 - $10 gift for a work colleague that they dont really know that well. Not to mention there isn't really a great deal you can get for that amount of money unless it is at a novelty store of some kind.
Lucky for me, the Kris Kringle that my craft girls and i do has a limit of $20 so it is much easier to find something.

This year i picked out the name of one of my very good friends, Louise. I knew exactly what i wanted to buy her! One of those lime green shopping baskets that you can fold down and store in your boot for your next shopping trip. I bought it but after a few days i decided that i couldnt just get her that so yesterday, i madly rushed around to make her an apron (as dinner and pressie giving was last night!). I managed to get it all done in time to go and get the kidliwinks from day care too so i was very happy!

Here are the crappy happy snaps - its hard to take a good pic of an apron at arms length.

Amity thought it made a great dress!
